Items ship via USPS First Class mail with tracking. Please be sure you enter the correct address at checkout on your order. Any changes to an address puts your package at risk for human error. We cannot be held responsible for address change errors. If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, there is a $4 re-shipment cost that is paid directly to USPS for the re-shipment.
Tracking will be emailed to the address connected to your account when the package is shipped. Packages are hand delivered to the post office, after which I cannot assume responsibility for lost or delayed items if you haven't purchased insurance.
USPS LOST or FROZEN TRACKING on PACKAGES:
We highly recommend purchasing insurance for first class mail. If USPS hasn't delivered your package or the tracking seems to be frozen in transit, there is a 30 day wait period from the time the package last moved before it can be deemed lost. Many packages need time to work their way through the USPS system or need time to be returned to the sender if the label was damaged. This is rare but does happen.
International shipments normally take between 7-14 business days to deliver, depending on the customs agency in the recipient's country. Sometimes packages may be randomly held for inspection for up to 45 days and I have no control over these agencies or their activities.
